Nissan Motors — refund payment again fraud car selling

I purchased datsun go car from central nissan, ambawadi, ahmedabad on 16th february, on loan base texi purpose. Its has been long time i wait against showroom frauds.

When i purchased sales person said we send your document within 3 days after 3 days i contact he said document processed in rto process with taxi permit you can contact in 1 month.

After one month when i visited showroom and meet with manager at that time i know there is problem with car documents. So i requested to take back car and refund my amount he is ready with refund but you can contact sales manager.

I visited main showroom branch and meet with sales manager (Priyash panchal) and md (Jayesh patel). He said give me some time to solve this problem i given time and request if it not possible i want refund car amount with loan interest and he both ready.

I wait february to august month it long time now request i don't want to wait more you can refund car amount with loan interest he side i'm ok we will discuss and update you.

Base on our discussion i requested loan force closer because we want right amount after that i share all detail to jayesh patel and priyesh panchal.

At the time of payment sales manager (Priyash panchal) and md (Jayesh patel) both given me two option 1. Buy other car with extra 1 lakh rupees 2. Refund with minus 20% amount of car.
I disagree with both because of it's not my budget.

This frauds against i lost so many
1. He sale rto parching issue car without inform me.
2. I lost my taxi income which i lost during that time
3. Why i have to pay loan interest rates with frauds of dealer
4. I lost daily interest amount of force closer

Now dealer dose not response anything and my interest amount increase daily base on bank rules

I need help to solve this problem i'm so frustrated this type of frauds.
