On[protected] i purchased a motor vehicle (Nissan sunny xl diesel special edition, tn20cr6977) from autorelli nissan nandanam dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because they promised me that they would deliver me with november 2018 model nissan sunny xl special edition with dual air bags plus additional discounts which includes front armrest, but to our surprise they fooled us by not sticking to their commitments and delivered with august 2018 model nissan sunny xl special edition with single air bag with no driver seat arm rest, (Also the tail lamps were defective) so this act of fraudulent was severely condemned.
I would appreciate it if you could make them to replace the delivered car with november 2018 model nissan sunny xl special edition with dual air bags and driver seat arm rest and organise to replace by[protected]. As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost and severe mental stress.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by[protected], i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the s. I. A. M (Society for indian automobile manufacturer) or through the courts.
