Nissan Motors — Service complaint nissan micra | |||
I am writing this letter to bring your kind attention regarding the quality of service I experienced from your dealership EVM NISSAN, KOZHIKODE, KERALA. I own a Nissan micra XVCVT and almost one year ago I noticed the engine warning yellow indicator on the instrument cluster and I visited the dealership for the same .The technician and the service advisor analysed the issue and reassured me that the issue had been rectified. But, after a few kilometers of drive itself, the warning light reappeared. So I took the car next week and requested for a detailed inspection for any faults. They kept the vehicle for a day and informed me that the issue had been examined in detail again and rectified. The car was okay for a week, but the warning lamp reappeared after a week. On 31.12.2019 I again took the vehicle to them and asked with patience to check the issue in detail along with the regular service . They kept the car for a day and informed me that the valve timing sensor is malfunctioning and need to be replaced and approximate cost would be 10000 INR. I agreed and paid partially in advance in order to ensure the service (Invoice attached). They assured me that I would be informed as soon as the part is available and would replace it then .I received no communication in this regard from them for three months.since it was locked down due to covid, I couldn't follow up . And finally, I kept the vehicle for a day On 26.09.2020 and the part concerned was replaced from there (invoice attached). But the same warning lamp reappeared after four days. I am totally disappointed in this matter, as they could not rectify the issue permanently even after multiple visits personally and spending 10500 rupees for service alone. Being an NRI on a short vacation here, I can't commute now without the issue being solved permanently. I am very much impressed with the Japanese legacy and quality of Nissan abroad and for the same reason I chose a vehicle from Nissan in India too. I kindly request you to do needful to get my car repaired properly and permanently keeping the vehicle with the dealership for sufficient time, and arrange me a car from your side free of charge till my vehicle get repaired, as it is not possible for me to manage my conveyance without a car during my short vacation here Was this information helpful? | |||
