Nissan Motors — servicing centre using duplicate parts

My car sunny got accident in december 2018 i request my nearest servicing centre located at ranchi jharkhand to carry this car for repair.
Now when i received my car with =279400/-rs
Bill amount on behalf of full servicing with painting and denting after trial of 100 kilometer now i am facing two problem.
1. Car suspension and steering rack is noising
2. Left side gate which is totally replaced by servicing centre is not properly shutting.

When i complained to concern person in servicing centre he replied what can i do.
Now one mechanic checked this car from outside and saying that your left side front door is not replaced.
This is a fraud game with me.
After paying approx 300000 rs i got a damage car again.
Please resolve this case without harassing me as soon as possible.
