Nissan Motors — Unsatisfied service provided and unnecessary harassment | |||||
To-day on 13th jan/2017 at 9.30 a. M i have handed over my nissan micra active car for servicing at vinod nissan. As discussed with a service boy who is from accessories depptt. I asked him to fit a few accessories like rain guard, side beam, two speakers in back doors, one aux cable and a steering cover but he has fitted only steering cover and nothing else. Apart from that the service adviser also supposed to resolved few of my cars issue but he is also didn't do the same and an unofficial unbilled amount was charging from mw but refused. Moreover they are charged from me servicing charge as per 50k slab though my car has run only 21000 k. M and it was my 5th servicing.. I raised the issue to service manager but he was trying to convinced me asking that they charged as per no of servicing not on km.. Finally they prepared a bill amounting rs.3655 on changing engine oil, washing carand fitting steering cover. So, i'm quite unhappy with the service levels of the dealer and few of the employees of the dealer. I think they are working here for earning extra money from the customers by the name of car servicing.. So, i request the component authority if you are getting my point to take necessary action against such type of employees of your service center. Pls note my vehicle registration no as as-01bl2315.
