Dear CEO,
I want to complain regarding my problem have Nissan patrol 2010, before 4 month I give my car to service center to repair something in the engine. After that they call me to test the car and then take it once I try it with the technician I feel the car is not perfect, after that we back to service center, the problem happened the car burned, They acknowledged the mistake is from them, now I don’t make big problem . I want to disband issue amicably and asked for compensation but they refused and they said we'll give you an amount of 110 000 dir hams, the problem is they don’t have the same car of this amount I want same my car for this I would like to let you know to find me a solution to this problem, and so far I did not make a complaint to the court, with the knowledge that I can file a complaint with them because this problem caused to me the physical and psychological damage, because I imagine if my daughter and my wife were with me that time of the incident and, secondly, because I do have any anther car and also they don’t offer to me to use car until they resolve this issue.
