Dear Sir,
I'm very much disappointed with the poor customer service in "Rajeswari Nissan" service centre at Erode in Tamilnadu. Our vehicle(TN 34 T 7857) meet with an accident on 24th May 2015 by self-driving of my father. There is no injury or third party involved. We have handed over the vehicle to the service centre on the same day(24th May 2015) with the help of Nissan road side assistance. They assured me to complete the service by 21 to 25 days, that means they to complete the work by 15th june 2015. Now it is july 9th, that means more than 45 days. Still they have not complete the work by 20 or 25%. Once we enquired through telephone, they said another one week time needed to complete. kindly take necessary action to the corresponding peoples to complete the service and deliver.
