[Resolved] Nobroker — Account Maintenance with No Broker | |
The experience with NoBroker has been unpleasant, The OTP for logging in was not being received and there is no option to login with email id. If customer had changed the mobile number, only option left is create new account. On registering the complaint on NO OTP being received, the blame was shifted on to the Mobile service provider, with no proper response. For the above reason, I had asked No Broker to delete the account, and the response from the team was they can delete the account, but information will remain with them. When a customer is asking account information to be deleted, the property or search information of the customer should be deleted if not immediately, atleast in three - six months, and confirmation should be sent, which is currently not happening.
