As an NRI I joined the Owner Money Back Plan for 13757/- on June 11, 2022 and was assured that they could find a tenant for my apartment in South Bengaluru. Despite assuring me that I would get a tenant for a higher rent and deposit, even after 2 months they could find a tenant.
After 2 months without any success I asked them to reduce the rent and advance expected. They told me they would have me on Owner Super Assurance Plan. Another month went by and yet they could not find a tenant.
When I asked them for a full refund, acccording to their assurance that " If No broker will fail to find the tenants for your property we will refund your whole money without any single rupee of deduction" I was shortchanged by 3000/- in the name of service charges. I sent the Relationship Manager few reminders and all I got was silence. ...In a nutshell they overpromise with their sweet Assurances, under-deliver and finally 'short-changed' me with no results!
I would urge all prospective owners to be cautious of such a service provider! Was this information helpful? |
