I availed the premium bathroom cleaning services for the first time. The person appointed for the job did a terrible job and ruined the bathroom fittings and the entire interior bowl in one of my WC's by using some rough steel scrubber on it. In addition to that they left the bathroom soapy and wet and were packed up before we could check the work. They left the bathroom cabinet dirty and were using a very dirty microfibre cloth to wipe everything. I tried to raise a complaint on the provided email id and through the application but did.
