[Resolved] Nobroker — cheated me of rs.998 (new project assured plan) | |
Dear sir, I got call from nobroker about "new project assured plan". I made on line payment of rs998 for plan. After that i called nobroker give flats according to my requirement. But i didn't get proper response. I emailed them but no response. They didn't care about customer feedback/ complaints. I have email and online payment history with me. Kindly do the needful.. Oct 6, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I received phone call from No Broker in 2-3 days after filing complaint in Consumer Complaints website. Not sure phone is No broker official number. On phone call I explained about my complaint to No Broker. No Broker processed my refund in 1 week time. Thank you "Consumer Complaints" website and "No Broker" response team. My complaint is resolved now. Once again Thank you "No Broker" response team. NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 27, 2020 NoBroker Customer Care's response Hi Mangesh, we've let our concerned team know about it. They are checking on it and we shall get back to you soon with an update.
