Before taking money they tell u moneyback guarantee in 90 days, after payment condition apply, u will get money back if it is sold above base price. U have to show agreement copy or notarized bond paper disclosing details of payment. Chor people fooling all. Please don't give them any penny before understanding all the conditions.
