Nobroker — Cleaning was done very badly. No Rework was done as promised.

On 26th October I took the so-called premium service of cleaning 2 BHK vacant home. The cleaning was done very badly.

I asked them for rework on my bathroom. Before the sale, they promised that if anything happens they will do the rework in 24 hours.

My booking ID is HS-9023757. It is been 4 days. The company has not taken any action.

I'm looking for a full refund now. If failed to do so I will be moving to the consumer court. Because they did promise me multiple times that if I'm unsatisfied they will do the rework. Now I have to move into the home. They have not responded yet. So please help me with a full refund.
