I am writing this email to express my extreme disappointment with the services provided by your company. Despite being a loyal customer, I have recently had a very unpleasant experience with your sales team and movement team.
Firstly, I had certain expectations from your services and was promised certain benefits by your sales representatives. However, I regret to inform you that these promises turned out to be false, and I was left with no choice but to opt-out of your services. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience to me, and I feel that I have been misled by your company.
Secondly, during the movement, I noticed that some of my belongings are missing. I find this unacceptable.
I request you to take immediate action to address my concerns and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. It is imperative that you train your sales team to be transparent and honest with customers and not make false promises to them. I believe that this will help in maintaining your reputation as a reliable and trustworthy company.
