Sir,
No broker customer care executive enrolled me for freedom plan in april 2020.While enrolling he told me to pay 1.80 paisa and remaining amount will be paid when plan starts.The plan will start when lockdown is over in Mumbai.He gave me false information about number of flats available in kharghar sector 10 with 2 bhk, covered car parking, semi furnished and with swimming pool and gym under inr 22000 per month incl maintainance.He told me after taking plan i can see gated security flats with premium filter option availability .However after taking plan there were no flats in this criteria.He also told that i can withdraw plan if it is not ok.He gave me email in writing.Later on i emailed for plan unsubsription as there were no such flats.I.called their customer care several times to stop subscription as plan didnt started.However no one responded and also admitted that i cant get such.flat within.that criteria.
I observed that my credit card was charged on 29 july 2020 with inr 1177+ some amount.I told them to reverse or provide me flat but.no one turned up.I would.like to claim my money along with.10 percent.interest for.mental harasment and false promises.Please file complain against no.broker for pathetic service and foolish customer care service.
