Nobroker — Deposit amount return

Through no broker we got a rental house duagr estate ambattur on 18th june2022. Before we enter the house we pay the deposit amount, one month maintannce amount, and half month pre rent amount. In that time owner didnt cleant and paint that house. in our own money we clean the house. Once we enter the house its have lot of problems. owner and nobroker no one rectify the issues. Finally we decide to vacate the house. but no broker told me we need to say 6 months otherwise you need to pay one month rent. so that we are vacate the house on 3oth nov 2022.3 months prior we inform to owner and no broker. but no one come to that day of leaving. After that we only write a mail to no broker. Today 19th dec 2022. till now we didnt know about our settlement about status
