I had subscribed for a no broker plan on 29th April for Rs. 7668. They claimed the money was not received and we shared all bank statements and SMS proof of the same. Have been chasing them for the past 3 months for a refund but in vain....

We finalized a rental property (Landlord leased it to NoBroker) in Bangalore and after communicated below clauses which we agreed for agreement they asked us to give token money.
1) 6 month locking period
2) 1 month Notice
3) 6 month rent as security deposit

After taking token money and at the time of sharing the rent agreement, now NoBroker is adding one more clause of deducting 1 month rent at the time...
