[Resolved]  Nobroker — Fake commitments while booking

This post is to highlight the unprofessionalism and fraudulent actions by the renowned firm NoBroker.

So we were contacted by NoBroker sales executive Mr.Dhananjay Kale to assist in your property search and we finalized on a property in Wakad around April 2022.
While we were finalizing the property, we were "promised" that a cashback worth 50 thousand INR would be provided within 90 days from agreement date along with a oneplus phone worth 40 thousand INR as referral bonus and a few more commitments around discounts on interiors and packers & movers.

Once the property was finalized, we started getting multiple calls daily to confirm by when we would complete the agreement (daily at least 3 calls were made by NoBroker CRM team) during the complete course of time from booking to agreement date and thereafter Mr.Dhananjay Kale was least bothered to take any followup with the builder on the agreement and rather we had to take the followup and inform him about the status.
Post the agreement, I shared the required agreement copy with the CRM team immediately (on 07th July 2022) to which an acknowledgement was received from the NoBroker CRM team on 11th Jul 2022 stating that they are awaiting an approval from the sales team.
Since 11th July 2022, we have been constantly chasing and calling Mr. Dhananjay Kale and NoBroker CRM team and there has been not a single revert from any teams of NoBrokers.

On 27th July 2022 Mr. Nikhil Satam (Cluster head of sales) comes into picture and to our surprise we understand that the builder has rejected the invoice due to inappropriate, missing and delayed documentation/communication from NoBroker sales executive Mr.Dhananjay Kale and that due to this lack of documentation from NoBroker Sales team we were not entitled to receive the cashback (which was a complete disappointment since we were no where at fault here and rather a complete miss from NoBroker sales team) however Nikhil mentioned that he will speak to his seniors and ensure to deliver on the commitments.

This turned out to be another "fake" commitment from NoBroker and email after multiple emails and calls, none of them were reverted neither by Mr.Dhanajay Kale nor by Mr. Nikhil Satam.

After all these fake and false commitments, I reached out to the CEO of NoBroker Mr. Amit Agarwal on linkedin and he mentioned to send an email and he will look into it on 08th Aug 2022 and since then even Mr. Amit Agarwal (CEO of NoBroker) has not responded, I sent another fresh email on 14th Aug 2022 and chased again on 18th Aug 2022 and seems he is least bothered to respond as well.

Since 11th July 2022 till date apart from an in-person discussion with Mr. Nikhil Satam (that too after hundreds of calls) there has been zero response/communication from NoBroker's end including the CEO of the company.

I would highly suggest everyone to not get any services from NoBrokers considering how unprofessional and unethical their staff members are including the cluster heads and senior management. DO NOT FALL FOR ANY FAKE COMMITMENTS THAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE FROM NOBROKER.

Even after a week of raising this compliant, none of the NoBroker representatives have even reached out to understand the issue.
There has been no communication at all, neither have I received any calls nor any written communication in any manner on this post this complaint.

Can you kindly ask your representative to send an email or call me in this manner?

If you are speaking about the communication that I had before posting this complaint, your executives expect me to bear the loss of delayed/communication and documentation from Nobroker's end which I not ready to accept since I am not at fault here ( this has been clearly mentioned on this compliant as well)
