I am in an extremely distressed situation after I was contacted by my relationship manager, who was very rude and said that the refund claim is rejected because I quoted the rent as 18k in the rental agreement, while the initial phone recording after the commencement of the package mentions rent negotiable upto 19k.
Moreover, our priority was family but the RM had filtered tenants who were asking for Daycare and clinic purposes.
I have been subjected to such a mental agony due to Booking with nobrokers when there would be a message saying that someone would visit the property but none came ever since we took the package.
I don't think it is reasonable for me to lose the hard earned money of my late husband for someone else's carelessness.
I also would like to bring to your notice that Is this not a company's responsibility to inform that the call will be recorded for future reference and take the customer 's consent before doing so?
I feel this act of the RM was extremely unprofessional.
I hope to get my money back
