Hello,

I took the Residential Tenant plan service on 1st April 2023. However, when I search for any owner number it just display the message the owner number has been sent on your mobile number and email address but I haven't received till now. In this case, i lost my 10 limits out of 25 contacts.

I raised the request on no broker customer service and they said there is an issue on multiple accounts and hence I requested to get me a refund of plan amount and they said they have raised an request for refund. Till date, i have not received my refund.

Whenever I contact them, the cal always gets auto disconnected and I have wastes my time in last 1 month. This is very disgusting service i have ever had from such platform.

According to me, this is an theft company and very tortured to customers. I want compensation of 5, 000 rs due to this bad service, wastage of my time etc..

    I have availed a property management plan from no broker for renting out one of our apartment in Bangalore. Initially i was given a lot of false promises and after payment even receipt was not provided on time. After a fight i had the receipt but no services were provided for the same. I tried to talk to many representatives and also was told refund will.be made in 7days. My order I'd for the payment is[protected]. Till date no refund has been made nor any updates on the same. I feel really cheated and i have lost all trust with this company.
    Hope to find some solution for the losses and trauma i have faced.

      Dear Team, I was Moved On[protected] through No Broker packer and Movers. During moving the person Was Damaged My refrigerator and Inner Glass and Double Bed. But Before Shifting they Are promised me to 100% safe & Professional movers will come with Movement manager. But they are worked Like Roadside guys. After that I was done My Service With Urban company Provider. And They charged me to 1100 rs. And for Bed Charged 500 rs. And Tip given For No broker 500 rs.. who will bear all Theasd Charges And again Will telling Wrost Service By no broker packer and Movers.

        Dear Team,

        As i was Moved On[protected] through No broker packers and movers. They Are promised me to we are Professional movers and Will move 100% safe.           I have unsubscribed from no brokers, but they re forcing me to check property listings from their site along with upgrading to their membership plans. they are forcing me to take their membership plans. i told them no. still they are spamming my inbox with mails after mails. the are harassing me. they are being stubborn in not unsubscribing me from their mailing list, and in spite of repeatedly telling them to deactivate my account permanently from their databases, they are neglecting my request from customer care itself. they are saying ok sir, ill do it. but still i'm getting, advertisements, updates regarding subscription upgradation, newsletters, and search recommendations forcefully.
          please look into the matter as soon as possible, and help me out. please take necessary actions regarding the same.
          the app, and its services were of no help or use to me. as a customer, i was not satisfied with their services. still they are pestering me to apply to nobroker.com.

            This is complaint regarding unauthorised use of my credit card for a payment in name of Nobroker services.
            An amount of Rs 25311 has been deducted from my credit by a fraud call, to your account on 20th October 2022.
            Kindly help me with this as bank is generating statement in my name.

                I have Enrolled for Money Back Guarantee plan as owner for renting my flat in Nobroker on March9th 2023 and paid 7668rs to them.
                Before the plan end date, i have found my tenant by myself and submitted the rental agreement prepared by nobroker team only for refund of my plan amount.
                They have not all responded on this and no acknowledgement that they have recieved rental agreement also.Many mails, many calls to them, but no response on this yet.
                Such a worst people and waste plans making money without showing any services to customers...
                They are trying to make customers attract to thier money back plans which are of completely fraud.

                everyone knows this is a fraud and misleading message.
                Same here, Fraud company, if after reading this you deal with them, its your own fault. I opted for guarantee package under which they will either provide you a tenant, or refund your money if you get a tenant from other sources before they can get you one. After getting a tenant from local Dealer in Gurgaon, I completed the formalities of sending my lease deed and all proofs to nobroker. Now they are not issuing my refund, dodging my calls and not responding to my mails. Total fraud company, BEWARE.

                  I had sawn an property listed on nobroker.com, and finalized it with the rm of nobroker, as there was no direct number available to deal with direct owner, the call get directed to rm of nobroker, the rm of nobroker told me to transfer 60000 rs as an token amount to finalised the deal, and this amount is not brokrage or commission and it will get settle in final deal with seller, so i transfer the amount to nobroker a/c, as it is completly 100% fefundable, but as i tranferred, the rm started ignoring my call, and now its 1 month, still the deal is not finalised nor they are giving back my token amount, i tried to call them many times, even tried to contacted on twitter, but they arent giving back my money, they are doing this type scam and conning customer on behalf of property even they dont ownю

                    I have taken a "Commercial Money Back Plan" on 10th March and paid Rs. 7, 669. But in this 2 months (60 days) time the company has failed to service me. It's ZERO customer visits in the 60 days time frame. That means they didn't work on the property sincerely and I requested the relationship manager (sahithi) to refund the full amount but they are not accepting. They have wasted 60 days of my time and money. It's a big loss for me.

                    Please do the needful to refund my full amount i.e. Rs. 7, 669.

                      Fraudulent on not returning the refund money

                      I am in an extremely distressed situation after I was contacted by my relationship manager, who was very rude and said that the refund claim is rejected because I quoted the rent as 18k in the rental agreement, while the initial phone recording after the commencement of the package mentions rent negotiable upto 19k.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am writing to file a complaint against NoBroker, an online platform that provides AC installation and repair services. I availed their services for AC installation after my relocation on 9th April. However, the services provided by them were highly unsatisfactory, and I have faced a lot of inconvenience due to their negligence.

                      Firstly, the charge mentioned on their platform for AC installation was INR 918. However, at the time of installation, they added a lot of extra charges for parts and gas, which totalled to INR 2718 (INR 918 + INR 1600 + INR 200). This was not communicated beforehand, and I was shocked to see the additional charges.

                      After a few days, the AC stopped working, and I contacted their team back. After wasting some time, their team agreed to send a partner for fixing the issue. The partner came and said it was a gas leak issue and refilled it. However, after another 3-4 days, my AC stopped working again.

                      I tried contacting their support team, but they kept on throwing practiced lines at me, saying that it was escalated, and it would be handled soon. They kept on wasting 3-4 days so that the warranty period gets over, saying that the partner will visit in another 2 days. However, no one visited, and now I have to pay again to some other company for fixing my AC. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing to receive such poor service from a company like NoBroker.

                      When I asked for a refund, their team is not even ready to consider it, stating that the warranty period has passed. It is unacceptable that I have to pay again for fixing the same issue, and NoBroker is not willing to take responsibility for their poor service.

                      Therefore, I request you to take strict action against NoBroker and ensure that I get a refund for the charges paid for the AC installation and repair services. I also request the forum to direct the company to provide me with an apology for the inconvenience caused and to ensure that such instances do not occur in the future.

                        I got fraud through my creadit card last digit no.4416 on 1 may 2023. I told customer care that i got fraud so cancel all the transactions from this card. He said transaction is canceled. But next day money settled to beneficary. The fraud person used my creadit card in another account so i dont have any transaction id or anything to track. Everytime the executive told me lie first they said its canceld and second day they said its settled. next day again they said cancelled, next day they said they have no right to see this. I even mailed they did not helped. My money is deducted and executive told me lie again and again. I am helpless now.

                            If you are subscribing to Seller Super Assure Plan/ Seller Money Back Plan, you will be defrauded by NoBroker.in. For NoBroker, even a child with a phone is a BUYER. The RMs will force you to accept a token amount from "potential buyer" according to them and then the plan ENDS immediately (without even waiting for a sale agreement or a registration). The so called buyer will then vanish and then you will be defrauded of your money as you would neither have your plan active nor have an actual buyer.

                              I had booked a movers and packers service from Gurgaon to Bangalore and my household stuff was picked on May 3. However when I called my movement manager, Samya on May 10 to check the status, she said it has still not moved as the partner is claiming non receipt of funds. Just to give some background, when I had made the payment via no broker app, the payment was successful and was received by Nobroker but due to some tech issue at Nobroker's end, the payment did not get updated in their app. I had made multiple calls to both the partner and customer care then regarding payment confirmation and everytime the movement manager Samya said payment has been received. Today I got to know that their partner is now holding the stuff in warehouse. My movement dates to Bangalore on 20th May and now I am not sure if I will receive my belongings timely due to this payment issue between Nobroker and their partner.

                              I am feeling absolutely hassled and aggrieved by your employees attitude and behaviour in how they are handling this issue.

                              Yesterday they had emailed confirming that the goods will be dispatched yesterday and today again they are saying it will be disptached tonight.

                                I had registered owner assurance plan on nobroker worth rs 5000 on march 25th they couldnt find any tenant as per policy i rewuested for refund but its been 15days refund not issued every day i call the manager that person picksup and say ots initiated but no refund reflected in my account i neither got any mail regarding refund they say they will check and call back but never calls if i call they will say today tomorrow never recieved till date.

                                  This is regarding the shifting task that I decided to get done by nobroker.in.

                                  I have encountered with multiple issues during this activity and highlighting them as below:

                                  1. My task was calculated as 1264 and was scheduled at 12 pm 3rd May, 2023. And service sent me whatsapp message around 11:30 p.m. 2nd May and mentioned that he will charge 2200 for service. Due to this I started following up with no broker customer care from 3rd May 8:30 a.m. to highlight the issue but I faced very poor service experience and I was continuously following up with no broker from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for the same in a hope that if i have given a chance to nobroker then i should stick with it and with many more and multiple follow ups finally my task was scheduled at 4 p.m.

                                  2. Then during shifting activity, there was a car hit and damaged by service partner and which has delayed the shifting again. And due to the damage
                                  car owner has asked me to pay for the damages as shifting activity is scheduled by me.

                                  I highlighted the same to customer care and mentioned very clearly that I am not going to pay the amount and nobroker should pay as the damages are being done by nobroker service.

                                  But again due to very poor customer service I didn't get any response on it so I checked with Shaikh Gouse (service partner manager who scheduled the shifting service for 4 p.m.) but he totally denied to share concerned mail ids over whatsapp and even didn't pick further calls.

                                  Is this you guys promise while asking for service? Does nobroker work in similar fashion?

                                  I want nobroker to act on both the above highlighted points and take care of the damages being done to car during service and provide me the compensation for the mental harassment done by nobroker for multiple times in a single shifting task.

                                  As a response I got below mail:-
                                  "As per our discussion over the call, we regret for all the inconvenience. Regarding the car damage, we are sharing partner's contact details over this mail and requesting you to discuss your concern with the partner directly.

                                  However, we are not neglecting this issue as a customer service provider. We will take necessary actions against it so that this will not happen again in the future with any of our customers. Your understanding and co-operation is highly appreciable in this regard. "

                                  Moreover When I asked for Mental Harassment compensation, they straight away denied as they feel very sorry for it but can't do anything and they stopped replying to the mails afterwards
