Nobroker — Full refund of Super Money back plan

This complaint is against mis sell of 'Super Money back plan' for sale of my property in Mira Road.
We listed this under the nobroker site and received multiple calls to purchase their plane listed above stating it is guaranteed to sell the property within 90 days or we will get full refund back if they cannot sell or if we sell it via our own channel at or above rate listed with them. We received a mail stating this is premium package and nobroker will assign an RM who is well versed with location our property is located and has 95% success and experience selling property in our locality. Also we were assured that nobroker will do a professional photo shoot of property and videos and photos will be posted on various social media and highlighted on their listings. I am listing issues faced post taking package and when we complained about it, in response our package was deactivated 15 days earlier than the 90 day time and also the manager who took escalation refused to refund full money. We constantly raised these issues and concerns with RM with no attention or resolution
- RM assigned was in Bangalore not even well versed with property location or market rate in our area etc.
- In 2.5 months the only weekly update we got is xx leads and xx rejected and most always showed rejected by RM - reason not listed
- No photo/video shoot was done and we never saw our AD in any social media platform. Photos added on nobroker were ones we provided or ones we posted on our free AD. We highlighted this to RM and he refused to agree
- As per RM he showed property to few folks and per our neighbors they have hardly seen anyone come to see flat.
- There was not even a single prospect that we spoke to or even came on table to talk rate etc. All leads kept showing only REJECTED by RM.
- We called a few leads that stated rejected by buyer and they have not heard or seen this property to spoken to RM
- Their grievance team was reached and called and did nothing but defended their RM without listening to us or even investigating what we are highlighting, and then discontinued our package 15 days earlier with just an email (attached)
- This was most expensive top package that we were sold with heavy promises and none kept and so we are sure this is a scam to state full refund and only refund portion. Now no one is responding to refund status emails I have sent.

I am requesting Akosha help to get full refund and no partial refund.

We got a call from Manager at nobroker stating same stuff that we are complaining about and that per policy INR 9999 will be deducted in refund.
Manager also made false comments that in previous call with their escalation manager we took a lawyer on call when no such thing ever happened. Everyone who calls from nobroker is just defending their incompetency.

Dear Akosha team,

There is no progress and not even an attempt to refund our money. Some manager calls and speaks same things that we are complaining about. I have shared all emails there is also no explanation for package termination before time. Kindly help us in getting full refund

Policy terms are broken by your company first and so you cannot cite or hold us responsible for policy terms.
Akosha team,
Kindly advise on further course of action. No broker cancelled our policy before the term and now are citing policy terms of the plan to us.
