I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by NoBroker, regarding my subscription for finding rental accommodations. Despite purchasing a subscription (1178 INR) with the promise of accessing 25 contacts, I have encountered numerous issues and discrepancies which have severely hindered my ability to secure suitable housing.
Firstly, out of the 8 contacts I have viewed thus far, a significant portion have been unresponsive to calls and messages through the NoBroker platform. This includes instances where I received notifications indicating the availability of tenants, only to be met with silence upon attempted contact.
Furthermore, some advertisers have provided misleading information, such as failing to mention specific roommate preferences or demanding payments for property visits without prior disclosure. Additionally, properties listed as available have turned out to be already rented, rendering my subscription contacts effectively useless.
Despite following NoBroker's recommendation to report these issues on the respective advertisements, I have not seen any improvement or received the promised reactivation of contacts. This lack of resolution has resulted in significant inconvenience and financial loss on my part, as I have been forced to seek alternative accommodation arrangements and incur additional transportation expenses.
Attempts to address these concerns through customer service channels have been met with dismissiveness and unresponsiveness, further exacerbating my frustration and dissatisfaction with the company's handling of the situation.
I hereby request immediate action to rectify these issues, including a refund for the subscription fee paid. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and provide a satisfactory with the judicial assistance.
