*Highly Unprofessional Service – Disappointing Experience with NoBroker*

I subscribed to NoBroker's paid real estate service for 3 months, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.

At the time of subscription, I was clearly assured that their field manager would collect the flat keys from a nearby house to facilitate property visits by prospective buyers. However, immediately after receiving the payment, the field manager refused to provide this service, stating that they do not collect keys.

I immediately emailed the sales representative regarding this misleading commitment. She assured me that she would get back to me shortly, but despite several reminders, I never received any response.

Later, they promised to arrange a video shoot of my flat for uploading it on their website. Unfortunately, nobody ever turned up for that either.

For the last couple of months, their weekly updates have been nothing more than repetitive calls saying, "Sir, update ye hai ki ek buyer ka visit tha aaj, magar woh ab phone nahi utha raha hai."

In more than 2 months, they have managed to arrange only *2 property visits*!

Overall, the service has fallen far short of what was promised at the time of subscription. Their sales team makes commitments before payment, but there seems to be very little accountability or follow-up once the payment is received.
