[Resolved]  Nobroker — Inordinate Delay in execution of interiors of 2 bhk flat

No Broker was ordered to execute interiors of 2 bhk at Kharadi Pune. Was assured of fast track process of 10 days ( design ) and 35 days (execution). The first payment was done on 20 Sep 2022. The subsequent payments were made on dates as demanded by No Broker. The work was to complete by 6 Nov . No Broker was informed of intent of letting out the property earliest. Based on their assurance and initial progress of design, letting out of the property from 1 Dec 2022 was arranged and agreement signed and registered. However No Broker after receiving about 90% of payment, passed the project execution to vendors, who after followup supplied laminated wooden parts on 21 Nov . But further as by when these will be fixed is not known toNo Broker team as yet . They keep shifting the dates . My tenant will arrive in Pune and would shift his luggage on 30 Nov and start living from 1 Dec 2022. I have 2 worries a) what happens to wooden planks etc lying in the flat for which payment has been collected by No Broker b) Would No Broker bear or arrange stay of tenants in a hotel till they complete the work . There is no Urgency from No Broker side - they have sub contracted work to a vendor, whom we as customer has no access or no control.

No Broker as usual is misrepresenting the facts . Initially their Marketing team led by Mohit ( Mob [protected]) and Mihir ( [protected]) had promised to complete the work by 30 Oct 2022, which got extended upto 15 Dec 2023 . Though I suffered a loss of about Rs 40000.00, as Rent revenue, I agreed to settle the issue on a compensation of Rs 17000.00. Mr Umang Project Manager ( mob : [protected]) tricked me into believing that this Compensation would be paid within a week by No Broker Finance team ( mail sent to me by Umang on this Compensation ) and also He needs to issue a Warranty Document - and made me pay the balance Full Payment . Thus Mr Umang not only Mis represented the facts but also cheated me of Rs 17000.00, as I have not received any Compensation from No Broker neither any Warranty Document . In fact from the beginning No Broker team of Mohit, Mihir and Umang Shah has cheated me through mis-representing their capability of completing the Interior within 35 days and later Umang misleading and cheating me of Rs 17000.00 . Will it not be fair on my part to file a Police complaint against No Broker Team of " Cheating and Fraud "committed on a Customer .

Customer service of No Broker response reflexta their business ethos - Can No Broker produce the warranty document - as mentioned in Terms and Condition . Also very cleverly mentions delay xompensation has been intimated - laughable . Do they intend ro pay the compensation - No, it will be against their work culture and Vision of the company

As on date No Broker has not paid the so called compensation /settlement of Rs 17000.00 . It is not in their DNA . They had also cheated me in Bathroom cleaning work as well, but as the amount was small had stopped after sending them photos of dirty bathroom after so called cleaning. Planning to lodge a Police complaint for Cheating .

No Broker has not paid the compensation of Rs 17000.00 confirmed through mail by their Project Manager . Though my Rental loss because of delayed handover of work. It appears the project manager sent me a fraudulent mail, so that I make the Balance payment, post which No Broker would pay me Rs 17000.00 as delayed compensation. I am considering filing a Police Complaint against the Project Manager.

No Broker has not been responding to my mails too . No agreed payment has been received by me . I have therefore filed a Complaint in INGRAM ( consumerhelpline.gov.in ) . Only option left for me is to seek views through Social Media ( instagram etc )

No, No Broker staff sent me a fraud mail that No Broker would compensate me with Rs 17000.00 against my loss of Rs 40, 000.00 . But No response from No Broker . I am considering filing a Police complaint against the Project manager of No Broker .
