Nobroker — Interior project taking a very long time to complete

My interior project was to be completed on 15 July, still now 7th August 40 work items are pending. No worker comes to the site for work. In last 1 month hardly 7 days workers came to site. They took 100% payment and now behaving like this. Tried contacting customer care/ city manager / interior head even ceo does not responds back. Complained in twitter Instagram and Facebook but only one response will look into this and days are passing by. Only option is to file a police complaint on this fraud happened to me.
