Myself Senthil Kumar I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding a recent transaction on nobroker app.
I paid a token amount of 60, 000rs through NoBroker.com and I haven't received any updates from my relationship manager (goutham.[protected]@nobroker.in ) so I called the customer care number and it has come to my attention that the amount does not seem to be registered in the records itself.
I don't know what to do next other than giving a complaint. Please help me out to refund the amount.
