Took a refund plan which is valid for 3 months - unhappy with the lousy service by the RM and the Unit Head in the first 30days- requested for refund - the same has been promised over the phone but no action has been taken for the last 15 days . When the follow up has been done to document the refund acceptance, the Unit Head Mr Kaviyarasu was very arrogant and said it can not be documented.
