Nobroker — "Money Back Plan 100% Refund" No flat was finalised - Refund is pending Invoice :[protected]

I had taken a Money back plan ( Get Guaranteed home or 100% Refund*).and paid Rs. 7078.82 with IGST. As per your money back plan you had not provided 50 owner contacts within 45 days and no flat deal was finalised from No Broker. Previously RM told she will provide more days to us, I said ok. Later RM called up and told you plan is getting over today. I told her to refund my money as no deal of flat was finalsed from NoBroker as our Plan is Money Back". She then told that "No Broker does not Refund any Money" and made my account InActive. All the chats and data was not visible and I could not interact through app also.
Nobody from Nobroker is giving proper reply and passing time that concerned person will call you. But when I call I have to waste a lot of time telling the whole story to new person every time. Fedup with these activities I have to write it to your company to refund back my money at the earliest.

Dear Sir/Madam,
The rent agreement had already being forwarded to youAs required  by you rent agreement copy,   I am attaching the same for  processing of  refund,   
 
Due to RM told she will provide more days to us, I said ok. Later RM called up and told you plan is getting over today and made my account inactive.Because lack of knowledge and communication  and as I was not aware where to communicate and how to sent the rent agreement, may be rent agreement was delayed.But somehow I try to finalised the flat within a period of 1 week which is a very small period and impossible to get flat. .I tried to call  Nobroker for information and refund nobody was giving proper reply and passing time that concerned person will call you. But when I call I have to waste a lot of time telling the whole story to new person every time. Fedup with these activities I have to write it to your company to refund back my money at the earliest.

First of all when you professional people can not provide the flat within 45 days how you can expect customers to finalise the flat within 7 days, which is very very difficult job. You have intentionally put this clause as mostly people cannot finalise the flat within 7 days and they can not come for claim for Refund "Big Brains".
First of all RM told she is going to provide more days to finalise the flat. I waited for it. Suddenly one day she told Nobroker is not going to provide any more days and NOBROKER does not Refund money and without telling any further procedure made my account INACTIVE.
As I was not aware of further procedure. I tried to call the nobroker nos. on daily basis customer support people used keep me holding for long and later used to tell me the concerned person will call you but not body used to call. It is just befooling people and their passing the time. Later one day customer support gave an emailed: [protected]@nobroker.in to send Rent agreement.
This was the reason why there was a delay in submitting the rent agreement because nobody was guiding me where to send the rent agreement, but telling me somebody from the concerned depatment will call.
It is not my fault, but your support people were not guiding the customers in right direction but passing their time. Now when I am eligible for REFUND as I have finalized the flat within 7 days you are telling "We won't be able to initiate a refund in this case, as there was a delay from your end in submitting the rental agreement." Your RM made my account Inactive on 18/11/2023 and I have made Rent agreement on 23/11/2023 you can see the proofs.

This is Cheating and Fraud as your customer support people used to pass out time so that people will not be eligible for REFUND. If you are doing fair deals why lots of your customers are complaining about you. Let people must know how you cheat customers.
