[Resolved]  Nobroker — Money Back plan

No refund received even after two weeks. Complaints just falling to deaf ears. They call twice a day just to ask feedback but when asked about the refund they just say someone else will call and we don't get any call. Even mailing them yields the same kind of response. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Refund received after a lot of follow up. This forum is effective. And the person who followed up from Nobroker.com after registering a complaint here also did a good job.
