Nobroker — moneyback owner plan package | |
Owner plan was purchased on 13 mar 2020. As per the terms, if nobroker can not rent the flat within the specified duration, the money paid to this plan (Rs. 7668.82 /-) must be returned to the customer. As per these terms, since the flat was not rented out, e-mail was received from nobroker on 2nd july 2020 saying refund has been initiated. This mail also confirmed that within 7-10 working days, money would be reaching my account. But, it has been more than 40 days since the refund was initiated, money never came to my account. Numerous follow-ups over mail/phone, but absolutely no response from nobroker. Was this information helpful? | |
