Nobroker — My car and household items damage

I have discuss with noBroker team and mark the mail also but he is not responding.

FYI..

Dear Team,

As discussed over the phone and after receiving my car was not in good condition. I was doing service in Noida and internal clearance also doing before handover my car to your representative but after receiving my car was not in good condition.

The fault was found after receiving my car as mentioned below.
1) Internal dashboard and seat were dirty.
2) Battery was broken and it is not working.
3) A/C is auto cut.
4) Spilt in co-driver seat and back side of the car.

I want my car as the condition was handover to your executive.

Households items Mumbai,

1) Almira glass broken and side damage.
2) Plastic chair broken.
3) TV screen showing red lines
4) Some kitchen item is damage.
5) AC not fitted yet – will confirm after fitting.
6) Trolly broken

I have talk many times since morning with no broker team. and you says that this no is not registered. Please check with Rohit and Imran of your team member.

Hi Saurabh, our team had word with you, and informed you to share the repair estimation invoice for the damages, so that accordingly we can proceed as per that. You agreed, you will share, once you share the bill we will be able to resolve the issue post speaking to you. As we have not received any update from you, hence closing the ticket for now. We will work on the same, once we receive the details.
