When The Shifting Was Completed The Move Manager Sadiq P Had A Long Discussion With Partner Ravi And Then Sadiq Suggested Me To Do A Direct Google Pay Amount Of 8000 And He Will Adjust The Amount In Systems And Process The Refund Within 24 Hrs. As Per The Move Manager's Request, I Have Paid 8000/- To Partner.
From Last Month I Have Called Up 10 Times Customer Care And Customer Chat Service Requesting To Connect Me To Sadiq. However Each Time I Call I Get A Response That The Move Manager Is Busy And Will Call You Back.
It Is Very Clear That He Is Ignoring My Calls And Request Which Is Very Pathetic Behavior And Irate.
It Is Almost 2 Months Now I Haven't Received The Refund Or A Single Call Back From No Broker. I Am Now Tired And Taking This Pain To Write An Email And Complain About The Type Of Customer Service I Am Facing.
Exactly The Same Thing Happened To Me In The Year 2019. Wherein No Broker Team Has Not Refunded The Amount For The Transaction Amount 1425/- Paid On 30th June 2019, 03:31 AM.
Now I Request You To Please Consider This As An Official Letter To Refund The Below-Mentioned Amounts.
