Nobroker — No contact after picking up the car, also no document provided confirming car pickup | |||
My car has been picked up from my place as planned on 7th oct. However, the person who picked up my car did not provide any document or receipt to me confirming that the car has been picked up. He said that I will get receipt in next few hours once car reaches their office. There has been no response from anyone on chat, call, or email about the same after that. However they are asking me to pay the remaining amount. I never denied for any payment, I just told them to confirm that my car has been picked up and share the items which are present in the car, once I receive it, I will release rest of the payment. But no one is responding at all. This is heights of pathetic customer service. They had been calling me after few days before the pickup and now it is just the opposite. My shifting Manager is Shoaib and I also talked to various people on phone and chat including Jack. Jack promised that I will get the email or phone from them in next 1 hour. It has been 4 hours since then and again false commitments. I would highly discourage people to avail any service from Nobroker.com Was this information helpful? | |||
