Hi i did transaction on 5 aug 22, NRP 15286392, same time i found the details are incorrectly filled so i asked customers service and also on twitter help desk to cancelled the transaction and refund full amount, but they wasn't cancelled the transaction, now in the name of wrong details filled they charged for service charges and refund partial amount, refund inly 25000 instead of 25295 rs, i need full refund, as i proactively informed and ask for cancelled why they dont cancelled it. +1 photos Was this information helpful?
