[Resolved] Nobroker — NRP-3414646 Rent Payment on hold even after producing valid rental agreement | |
I have made a rent payment of Rs.20000 on 6th October (NRP[protected]and it is put on hold as NoBroker Suspect on the transaction which i made and asked for Rental Agreement. I have replied with them the valid rental agreement post which they are no response from NoBroker support whether by E-mail or by Phone as phone calls disconnect after waiting period of 60 Seconds. Request you release my amount back to source account any deduction even no-broker charge as i have uploaded valid documentation and without any valid justification my amount is locked. I have paid the amount to my Land Lord in cash payment as no responsible answers have been received from NoBroker support team. Has one of the worst team sitting in your Premises and I make sure that i wont use anymore and also inform my relatives and friends to Unsubscrbe NoBroker for further application. Verified Support Oct 09, 2020 NoBroker Customer Care's response Hi Palani, payment is kept on hold only when the transaction is marked suspicious as per the system and the payee is unable to provide us with a valid rental agreement.
