Nobroker — Packers and Movers

I have spoken about the below issue and have sent an email to your team but they are offering me 400 instead of 1500 which was discussed.

First of all I booked it almost a month ago. When I reached out for rescheduling, one of your colleague by name Abhishek was in conversation with me and he was supposed to confirm whether rescheduling can be done or not.
He did not come back to me after multiple follow ups I didn’t get any proper response.
On the date of my booking(I stuck to the date which was confirmed earlier and which was updated in app) I called +[protected] and one more of your colleagues by name Nikhil answered and said he is my move manager this time and my booking was on hold which was not informed to me and was not updated in the app also. When I told him I was in touch with Abhishek, he was supposed to get back to me but did not get back to me. Nikhil said Abhishek is on leave that’s why the miscommunication happened. After many calls and follow ups we finally got a packers and movers assigned by 2 pm( it was supposed to be by 9am).
We were assigned with a packers and movers by name Paramesh who was very rude.
From the time he started interacting with us his behaviour was very rude and insulting to us.
Some how we managed to cooperate and get most of the items packed and loaded to the truck.
At the end when we still had few kitchen items and 10 pots and table Paramesh said he will not be able to take them because there is no space in the truck even though there was space.
He started demanding 1500 to take the remaining because he had to arrange another vehicle. When we said it’s not possible he started behaving rude.
They left the items behind in the old house and shifted the rest to new house.
While this was happening we were in touch with other move manager called Ajith and he convinced us to move ahead and he will do his best to reduce the amount which is equal to transporting remaining. But after the move is over he did not answer the call. I knew after the office hours imwe won’t be able to reach them but he promised to be available to help me.
After unloading everything Paramesh started asking for the payment, when we said we were not able to reach the Ajith he started harassing me for payment.
He made me pay him forcefully as he brought all the labours and started harassing me.
I would like to take this to next level if I don’t get what is supposed to be refunded. More ever I need a compensation for being handled wrongly and harassing a lady costumer for money in the late night.
