[Resolved] Nobroker — packers and movers false promise | |||
Hi friends, Please don't book no brokers packers and movers for any reason and any time. Fully fake peoples, fake commitments and only frustration remains for you. I booked no brokers and packers and movers from babusapalaya to electronic city for 4550rs as per instant quot generated online and asked to pay 10% as advance 455rs i paid. Later an agent from no brokers called and asked what are thing i need to shift, after i listed all he told me you have thing equal for 2bhk so 407 van is not sufficient, so i will send you one more quotation for 5500rs we will send you 14feet closed van, but in their web site they have a list what are the things they can carry in 407 van, which is same as per my requirement. He ask me to pay extra 1000rs for bigger van and asked me to pay 550rs for 10% advance once again, but finally what they send is 8feet mahindra maxi cab, also they told we will allocate a separate move manager for me, nothing they allocated, simply these fellows are bokers beteen us and agent nothing more than that. Finally i paid 455+550+4950 = 5955, but outside packers and movers asked me 5000rs for the same with 407 van. I think to save 500rs through no brokers and finally paid 5955+tips. I got loss of 1000rs and frustratuion, when i ask customer care executive he said i will talk to venor. Vendor called and tell me we will deliver your things safely dont talk about truck big or small. Then for what xxxk they ask me to pay 1000rs extra. They simply make you foolish, that no beoker agent before booking said 4550rs you will get 407 van in that may be they will keep all the things one over other so your things may get damaged just pay 1000rs extra so you will have more space so they will not keep you things one over other. But they packed very thightly all things one over other, that no broker fellow saying me sir dimension of 8feet mahindra and 407 van is same, trying to make me fool. Some damage happen for that after shifting he movers saying sir small damage will happen when we shift. But my concorn is 1000rs i paid extra only for getting bigger truck but you send very small truck and asking me to pay the same amount. Please dont trust no brokers false promise, they have no good relation between the agent, they committed no brokers vendors are trained people, nothing like that these people are local vendors. Truck will be decided by the agent not by the no brokers move manager. Better check some number in justdial then go and book the pakers and movers. You will be in huge trouble later i[censored] book no brokers packers and movers. We are earning money by working hard, but these people simply cheat by words and take your money by fake promise and fals commitemns. Dont loosu you money. I dont want anyone to get cheated like me that the reason i am sharing my experience. By these type of false website and agent we cant save anything, but we can loose all. Hello, i had a terrible experience with the service from no broker packers and movers. Please dont opt for this. They started my shfting at 10 in d mrng and completed only by 10 at night. Bloody pathetic coordination between no broker and their service partner and the movement manger rupa/roope was absolutely having no contact with the packers team to check the progress, untill i called and informed they dint know that it took 7 hours just to pack the stuff from the first house. I want complete refund for my time being wasted as i had to do other stuff in the evening. And everytime i ask them they kept saying we will do it slow cause we have to pack well i said ok as i thought maybe an hour or two delay from the tat which is understandable. But the tat for 5 hours i made it 6 as i gave them a lunch break but they exceeded the TAT by 6 hours.

I had Very bad experience with No brokers packers and moverse. They provide me quotation after confirmation of luggage. I had 3 times verify with sales person Harpreet ji after that paid the token amount. Suddenly next day movement manager told me the additional charges on my luggage. I will deny for that and discussed with sales person Harpreet ji.she was ok with provide quotation. But Movement manager cancel my booking without any information and msg or mail. After that nobody informed me for this cancelation. I was waiting for lifting the material but Suddenly 11th hour after I had call they told me your booking is canceled. It shows communication gap between team .I was irritated about there commitment because no proper response meet from company. Doing fraud with me.
So 11th hour i was book local packers and moverse with paying extra charge .
So I decided. I will never use No brokers app for any thing.
Because Movement managers and sales person lost my trust on online service.
Also I will suggest to others don't use this service.

I haven't got any official statement from no broker executive till date. The worst experience I had with no broker movers. Finally I had to resort to local movers which in turn cost me a lot more than expected. Ultimately I'll suggest not to go for such services.

I booked no brokers and packers and movers from Nagasandra to Electronic city phase-1 as per the instant quot generated online and also paid advance. Later I wanted to reschedule and for that also they charged Rs 1000 extra. When the agent reached on the day, they asked me to pay extra Rs. 2500 as they assumed the items are more and they want more labor for packing. When I said that I will pay Rs. 100/ extra box as per the quotation and no extra, they went back and did not execute the shipping. When I called the Nobroaker team, they said will send another agent and still they asked to pay extra Rs. 2500. I agreed on their demand and waited for the agent as there was no option for me. It it was very unfortunate that even after calling 100 times, there was no response from the Nobroaker team and no one agent came.
As I was staying in a rented house and the next tenant was on the way to occupy the house, somehow i got a local vendor who helped me in the relocation. The help I got from the local vendor cannot be compared with money and I was very happy and paid Rs. 10000.
More surprising is that, I m continuously receiving the message that the shipment has been completed successfully and please give the rating. I have raised multiple request to refund the advance money but there is no response at all and always they are telling that it will take a week time.

we had a very bad experience with no brokers packers and movers. When we asked quotation for moving from banglore to chennai...nobroker sent an executive from a local vendor in banglore and he after inspection gave us an quotation and promised to send us a container type vehicle for transportation.
But on the day of shifting they sent us an OPEN MINI LORRY.When asked about the container type vehile which will be covered they simply cooly said its not available and when asked about the container they simply said we cannot provide anything more than this and if you dont want, we will unload the things whatever that has been packed and leave it.
Is this the way one speak with a customer when asked about the words he has promised?He seems to be the boss to us and since the packing was half way done, he thinks we donot have anyother option and speaks with no manners and cut the call while speaking.
And again the persons who came for packing along with a supervisor was demading us for extra amount and they are fixing their own amount.Apart from paying them, these people ask separately.Even if ask for any tips we can give.They shouldnt demand us.we are paying 23k and again we have to give them Rs.1200 extra!
And again after coming to chennai, they said they will unload by 7 am and we where waiting for solid 9 hours and there is not even an reliable reply from him.we were totally frustrated.Everytime we call them they tell us the same answer that "they are in the way".Hardly it takes 20mins to reach our place and they are fooling us. Atlast when they came after repeated calls, those people were like they had come at the right time.More over the cot, dinning table corners have been damaged since those people have dragged instead of carrying. Sofa cloth has been torn inspite of packing and many more. to sum up it was totally an unpleasant experience we had with no brokers packers and movers.I suggest its better to go for well known Packers and movers separately rather than with these people.Hope it will be helpful guys!
