Urgent: Escalation and Disappointment Regarding Painting Service

Dear Amit and Team,

I am writing to inform that we are really disappointed with the painting service. We took paint service from Nobroker last year 2022 (Booking Id - HS 2541129) and charged for 1200 Sqft as total area. Currently, existing tenant vacated the property and before the new tenant coming in, we wanted to re-do the paint for the apartment. This time, we noted that one of quote stated the actual measurement of 951 Sq Ft and when I check with the team, why was I over charged for, the answer has been that why didn't you check last time. Looked like a fool, where we are trusting the company and brand. This time there were 6 Quote provided and 5 quote again stated 1200 Sqft instead 951 Sqft and funny part is that quote for last year service has been asked with 80% increment and hike from last time... When we ask the team, the response is that we are looking into it and its already more couple of days and no response from team and every time, the customer care calls and informs that site inspector (Vinoth) will call, there has not been any response from either him or his team member. I think NoBroker is not interested in doing business and no responsibility.

I am tired with your team and customer service; very poor response time and I hope the company should have internal SLA define for the service response assigned to business team. Worry is that when another competitor is calling us and checking to start the work, with lower quote. The NoBroker Paint Service team is not interested at all in doing business with the customer.

Kindly process our required overcharged money and we are no more interested in the service of the company.

Had a great regard for Amitji (Founder) and Leadership team but really disappointed with the entire situation.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express our deep disappointment with the painting service we received from NoBroker last year (Booking Id - HS 2541129).

Upon re-evaluating the service and comparing it with the current requirement to repaint the apartment, we discovered discrepancies in the quoted area. While we were initially charged for a total area of 1200 Sqft, the actual measurement this time indicated 951 Sqft. This inconsistency has raised concerns about the accuracy of the billing process.

When we approached the team for clarification, the response left us disheartened. We were told that we should have verified the measurements during the previous service, which, given our trust in the company, was unexpected. To compound the issue, among the six quotes provided this time, five again stated 1200 Sqft, with a surprising 80% increment from the previous year's service.

Despite raising our concerns, we have yet to receive a satisfactory response from the team. The promised call from the site inspector, Vinoth, never materialized, and the lack of communication is causing significant frustration.

The apparent disinterest in addressing our concerns and the prolonged delay in resolving the matter lead us to question the commitment of NoBroker to customer satisfaction. The poor response time from your customer service team is further exacerbating the situation. We believe that the company should have internal SLAs in place to ensure a timely response to customer issues.

Regrettably, the negative experience has prompted us to reconsider our association with NoBroker. We kindly request the immediate processing of the overcharged amount, and we are no longer inclined to avail of the services provided by your company.

It pains us to convey this message, as we had held NoBroker in high regard, particularly with respect to your leadership, Amitji. However, the current situation has left us thoroughly disappointed.
