Nobroker — Product got damaged during shifting

Hello,

I have used No Broker Movers and Packers service for local shifting and i have opted insurance, carpenter service n others.

so during shifting service provider damaged my wodden furniture and when i complaint to NoBroker customer care they told me to fix it with local carpenters and we will reimburse the amount.

I did as they told me to do, and i sent the bills for reimbursement what local carpenter charged, they only doing partial amount, not the actual amount ( but when initially they told me we will full reimbursement ) and later not responding to my email, call and queries.

Like its very un ethical practice that NoBroker team is doing and hopeless customer service

Hi Ravi, we understand during shifting, your wooden wardrobe got damaged, and we offered compensation for the carpenter charges however you refused. We cannot compensate more than INR 1000. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

Hello,

I think you didn't read it properly, let me explain it again.

As per agreed discussion with customer executive person, it says that please fix it from your end and we will get required bill reimbursed from vendor, and we all agreed.
Also please note, I gave the option that send your carpenter and get it fixed ( i don't want any money, just fix my issue), but you guys insisted go for reimbursement process.

Now I did everything submitted document and after that that you say only 1500 INR will get ( 1000 INR), I don't see attachment option else I will attached email conversation.

for everyone who see this post, how unethical it is, now you guys say 1000 INR.( Which is initially over the email it says 1500 INR of partial reimbursement). Like you guys changing your statement on every conversation.

Anything to say here @Nobroker?
