[Resolved] Nobroker — refund amount | |||
From 8th of november 2019 i have been following up with the customer care, regarding the change of plan from commercial to tenant rental freedom plan. When ever i call to customer care or via chat, the response from the support is, within 24 to 48 hours my plan will be changed, but the request has not be fullfilled for about 20 days. After 20 days, one of the customer relationship manager called me and said that i wont be able to subscribe any plan and nobroker will refund my amount back. Its been a month, i havent got any proper response regarding my refund amount. I have been mailing to the support team regularly but no response. Can some one act regarding this. Its been a worst experience with the nobroker. Atleast respond to the customer queries and treat them properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
