Nobroker — Refund not provided for premium NRI service no service provided

I availed 24, 999/- plan it was told I will be getting service for entire life. Considering i am NRI, I cannot hold adhaar card, hence agreement cannot be made I knew this but agent insisted they could. I asked them to confirm and i was assured that is the case. After repeated request to confirm I got the legal team on call and they confirm that agreement cannot be made using Biometric mean the agent was claiming (Employee name Kunal and Naveen)
After 3 days follow up clarification I suggested best way forward is POA (power of attorney) as I was already in india for 10 days this could be executed.
I was assigned Gopinath as my professional as customer relationship manager. Who assured that POA will be done in 2 days.

Then Ashish from agreement team contacted me and sent me agreement paper. I insisted that considering POA is not done there is no use for agreement. But he told fill agreement paper and based on those detail POA will be made. I send the form sent to me that was essentially an Agreement not POA. For 4 days nothing happened. They also double charged me for POA (Rs 8000/- two times).
I called Gopinath again and he assured things are fine and i dont have to worry. By that time i had to return to india, one day before I left india they mr Vinod emailed me with POA to be filled.
This was of no use as i was returning to US.
I asked to cancel agreement. I am since then following up for refund but have not received my 24, 999/-
I have exchanged more than 500 emails in this regard, multiple people and case has been raised but nothing to avail.
No flat showing, no rental agreement, NO POA nothing was done and agony caused is not worth time. Utterly unprofessional company

I even received message from the company employees saying NoBroker is Cheater somehow they came to know only after joining and looking out.

Dear Team,

This escalation has been going on for last 3 months, your internal employee ws tryong to coordinate escalation and was trying to resolve this issue for a month before he got fed up by your internal team and told me to escalate how ever i want. I can assure you more than emails 150+ emails have been exchanged but no resolution. Infact I have even escalated to your CEO first on Linkedin he then directed to his personal email 2 days ago.
Multiple people keep contacting me is of no use. Where your CEO has not even send an acknowledgement of email showing concern for this complaint.
