Nobroker — Refund not returned

I have paid an advance of 25000/- kitchen renovation and for some reason both agreed to refund, and i have been told money will be credited to my account, and its been more than six months and the is not credited.
Every time i call, they say it will be done in in a couple of days days, and that repeats
