I purchased Rental Agreement and Police Intimation Service from NoBroker.com. The agreement was purchased on 15th April 2023.
The Biometric for Tenant was not done by the NoBroker team in Time, and the Owner had left the country. This was informed to the NoBroker team repeatedly. Even after prior information and constant follow-up, the NoBroker team did not complete the Owner Biometric before the owner's departure.
Then, on 27th April 2023, I promptly cancelled the Rental Agreement and Police Intimation Service Booking as the Owner was not present in the country anymore.
After this, I have been following up with NoBroker Team for the refund for the past 3 weeks, and the NoBroker team keeps telling me that their Relationship Manager will contact me for the refund updates. The intermediate update was that they would deduct some amount from the refund as Stamp Duty charges and Tenant Biometric Verification charges from the Rental Agreement. And no update on the Police Intimation service booking refund.
The last update as of 15th May 2023 was that the refund process had not been started for Rental Agreement, and a Relationship Manager will call me for Police Intimation refund updates. But I did not get any callback from the NoBroker Team.
To date, I have not received my refund as well as any call from NoBroker Relationship Manager for my refund status update. Was this information helpful? |
