Nobroker — Regarding my RM.

I m not satisfied with performance of my RM.
I m very much disappointed and dissatisfied with his performance.
He gave me very few useful options till now.
It has been more than 2 weeks since registration, still I m at the same position.
He is just wasting time and days.
Many days were gone blank without any lead.
Even I complained about him nearly 3-4 times till now, but nobody is paying attention to it properly.
They r just making me to adjust with him and not changing him.
I requested them right frm begining that I want change of my RM. But they r not responding properly and not changing him.
I paid money, and it is a headache for me.
My house hunt is far off, my time is getting wasted in complaining and keeping his track.
Still nobody cares. The Tenant Servicing Team doesn't care.
I m really shocked to see this that they dnt even care for their customer.
They dnt Value their customer.
Nobody is solving my problem in a proper way, and giving me satisfactory solution.
I m really fed up of complaining, still they dnt bother.
Their Service is not up to date.

I want to inform you that my issue has been addressed by Nobroker team.
One of their representatives, Seema Nagaraj, Unit Head, Tenant Servicing spoke to me and understood my concern.She belongs to the tenant servicing team.
Accordingly they guided the RM and also apologised for the inconvenience caused.
They even extended their service to me as a makeup for my loss.
I really appreciate your kind support to me.
I am very much thankful to you for helping me and supporting me.
