Let's begin my story(a very pathetic experience). Booking Id: HSPM-3857544
Highlights: Wrong vehicle suggestion by NoBroker, Vehicle Breakdown, Bag forgot inside breakdown vehicle, Broken Furniture.
1. Vehicle Breakdown at the deserted location after choosing the shortcut. It was stalled over there till 6.30 pm from 1.00 pm. After knowing this I felt so stressed and also worried about the security of my goods. The worst part happened at 6.30, they changed the vehicle and even more stress about my electronics stack order(Monitor and screen kind should be on top. I was taken care of order while loading at my home). They booked a porter and the vehicle top was not covered. He informed me that the vehicle top was not there and he bought a new plastic sheet to cover it. My stress levels are increasing by knowing this and started worrying about the items in the vehicle.
2. At 9.30 PM They forgot the bag which is in the driver's cabin while transferring the goods from the broken vehicle to the porter's vehicle. I asked him about this and he pointed out that, it was my mistake as it was given at the last minute while the vehicle was started. Huh... really? I asked them to get that bag as soon as possible as I need some puja stuff in it which I required by morning for house warming. The supervisor said that he will get it by morning to the bus-accessible place and I need to go to that place and get it. I said okay for that on humanitarian ground as these people have been working since morning. You can see the trail mail of this that I reported the incident to NoBroker.
3. Next day At 8.30 AM I received a call from the manager and I have told to go to the vehicle breakdown place and get the bag myself which was around 20 km to fro distance. As I'm in need of that bag(Adding please sorry to each sentence will not be acceptable at all places), without saying anything I went myself and collected the bag.
4. Computer Table missing, later in the evening, I found that they left the computer table at the source by confirming with the owner. I called the manager to get that computer table as they missed it. That one was listed in the inventory. This time also he pointed at me that I need to check the complete home while leaving the house. Yes, I did that, I informed a person(Chotu, they called him with this name) to put it in the vehicle. Later, he suggested that I should book a porter and he will pay INR 300 but the actual cost is around INR 700. That is also not happened with them and the booking is also not closed yet. 5. Cot Broken. This is in the other inventory I mentioned. The head storage part was broken and I too. Opened the NoBroker application to file a claim and the website is not accessible, I attached the screenshot for reference and called customer care about this and The first guy listened to me, and after that nothing was happening on that. Each time I can't call to care and tell the story.

JUST FYI, I paid some extra amount for the premium for bubble wrap of all items, and that manager asked me few papers and did that premium wrap. Seriously? He used bubble wrap for 5 % of the items. Please find that all images are self-explanatory.
I HAVE TAKEN THE INSURANCE, BUT NOBROKER FAILED TO TAKE IT TO THE INSURER HENCE I AM UNABLE TO CLAIM THE INSURANCE.
WHY SHOULD I NEED TO SUFFER FOR EVERYONE'S MISTAKES? PLEASE DO REPLACE MY COT AND REFUND MY PAYMENT TO NOBROKER AND ITS PARTNER.
