Nobroker — Relocation service is not satisfactory, items damaged while relocating and there is no ownership from nobroker

I am Praveen, I had shifted the house and I had taken nobroker service with HSPM-6156942 .

There are so many dents and scratches on fridge, microwave, and the 3-seater wooden sofa is shaky. While unloading I clearly told then to use staircase but they preferred passing the items from top of their vehicle based on their convenience.

I was told electronic items will be bubble wrapped but they just wrapped it in a comforter cloth and packed it.

Also, they asked for extra money and took 300rs as conveyance charge. Attached are some of the images of damages caused to my items.

I am at loss of 5-6 thousand and need to repair the microwave at own cost. Worst customer service by nobroker and they are not responding to my mails or addressing the issue.
