Dear Team, Pls confirm, To process refund request and to check The Transaction type you are charging 1.77 %, THIS IS NOT FAIR/TRANSPARENT, I'm disappointed with the services. You have kept my money in your account for 5 days and you are charging for that 1.77%, I claim a refund for the same. you are forcing me to take this to Consumer court/Social media. Hi Santosh, service charge is a non-refundable amount. Also, a refund is processed when a transaction is found to be suspicious & you are unable to provide us with a valid document in order to identify whether the transaction is legitimate or not. However, we'd request you to share your registered contact details so that we can check this further.
