I had requested for a rental agreement from NoBroker. I have received the soft copy of the agreement. However, with regards to the hard copy, twice the delivery person had tried to deliver the document, but couldn't deliver because the phone number provided by nobroker to their logistics team was incorrect. There was an OTP which was required for delivery collection which was not received at my end because the phone number provided by NoBroker to the Courier company was incorrect Despite multiple followups, the issue still hasn't been rectified and the hard copy of the document was never delivered Was this information helpful?
