Hi, Our registered mobile number is - [protected] Our agreement was supposed to start on 15th November and it was initiated 15 days prior to the move in date. In spite of frequent follow ups there has been no update from your side or the RM and the agreement has been delayed due to the mistake from nobroker service team. We've been deceived and kept in the dark and that has caused us many hurdles in the process of shifting. We've reached mumbai and amid this pandemic we're forced to stay in a hotel. We've already paid the rent and the additional expenses of the hotel are incurred from 15th onwards. Your service is unacceptable and you've put us in danger amidst pandemic. And the expenses of the hotel are also additional. Request you to refund Rs. 999/day as charges of the hotel for the number of days this process is delayed from 15th November. Additionally, pay Rs. 10000 for the mental harrasment it has cost both o[censored]s. If you delay this any further, we'll be forced to log this complaint in consumer complaints portal.
