I have been asking for a call back for the error they have made on my rental agreement stamp paper and I have already done the payment and e signatures has to be done for which the discount had been given due to the trauma that they have caused to me, every night staying awake and chatting with the customer care and all they say is you will receive a call back and I have escalated the Issue.i haven't received callback, neither email nor responses on the WhatsApp texts or the WhatsApp calls . It's devastating that each time a different customer care chats and each time they ask the same questions, say the Same words sorry, you will receive callback in 24 hours, it's escalated.
